Michael Jackson's Neverland Valley Ranch home, now renamed the Sycamore Valley Ranch, has been a topic of discussion due to the newly released Leaving Neverland documentary on HBO. The four-hour film also mentions Hayvenhurst House, which served as the Jackson family home for many years.
The listing agent for the ranch said nothing had changed except the price. The ranch was the setting for two media appearances on July 2, 2009. Jermaine Jackson took The Today Show's Matt Lauer on a tour of the main house, and he was interviewed on the grounds of the house by Larry King for his show. Neverland Ranch had a central role in the allegations against Jackson of child sexual abuse; it is one of the main sites where Jackson's accusers have said the sexual abuse took place. The ranch's association with sexual abuse allegations was described as a possible reason for a significant decrease in value. It was there that Jackson is alleged to have abused Safechuck and Robson, on separate occasions.
Address of Michael Jacksons House Gary Indiana
It is the Jackson family’s first home in Los Angeles. This was back in the Jackson Five era when Michael was just a kid. It is climbed up a winding road lined with small, hidden properties. The Hacienda-style house is just around the corner and is beautifully decorated with flowers and surrounded by the palm trees so typical of Los Angeles. Michael Jackson paid $100,000 a month to rent the house which was owned by Hubert Guez, who was general manager of the Ed Hardy Brand.
According to the news, Jackson complained of dehydration and insomnia on the night of his death. The estate spans just over an acre and fits in as many structures and amenities as possible including a 6,700-square-foot main home, three-story guesthouse, swimming pool, spa and lighted tennis court. Jackson's father Joseph Jackson later denied the reports. Jackson's 2002 will gives his entire estate to a family trust. On May 12, 2008, a foreclosure auction for the ranch was canceled after Colony Capital, an investment company run by billionaire Tom Barrack, purchased the loan, which was in default. In a press release, Jackson stated, "I am pleased with recent developments involving Neverland Ranch and I am in discussions with Colony and Tom Barrack with regard to the Ranch and other matters that would allow me to focus on the future."
Location URL
Today’s blog is a major, major fail on my part as I had originally intended to write about this location on Monday, August 29th – the day that would have been legendary singer Michael Jackson’s 53rd birthday. As is the case with most wedding presents, this one was most definitely geared towards the bride. Anyway, for whatever reason, I completely forgot about the house when Monday rolled around and instead wrote about Vitello’s Italian restaurant from The Deep End of the Ocean. So, with the thought that all things are better late than never, I decided to blog about the location today, in belated honor of my beloved MJ.
As of May 2016, the 2,698-acre ranch, jointly owned by the Jackson estate and Colony NorthStar, was put up for sale by Sotheby's International Realty with an asking price of $100 million. The price included the 12,598 square foot six bedroom Normandy-style mansion, the four-acre lake with waterfall, a pool house, three guest houses, a tennis court, and a 5,500-square-foot movie theater and stage. The train station and railway tracks were also included. According to Time, the owners were seeking a buyer who did not plan to turn the ranch into a Jackson museum. The estate was originally known as the Zaca Laderas Ranch at the time of its purchase by the property developer William Bone in 1981. Bone renamed the estate the Sycamore Valley Ranch and moved there with his family.
Jackson Family Home Encino Ca Address and Contact Number
Oddly enough, it seems that the Jackson family may still own or be involved with the dwelling somehow. Property records list the owner of the house as the Anthony Otis Whitehead Trust located at East Rosecrans Avenue in Santa Fe Springs, California. So I did some digging on Google and, as it turns out, East Rosecrans also just so happens to be the business address of Brian Oxman, one-time lawyer for MJ and current lawyer for Joe Jackson.
He is also listed in the Guinness World Records as the most entertaining personality. The address and contact number of Jackson Family Home Encino Ca is also used for Jackson Family home hayvenhurst. The contact information like email address, telephone number, website and postal cum official address of Jackson Family Home Encino Ca is mentioned in below section.

Murray was initially hired to help prepare the pop star for his return to the stage for one final world tour entitled “This is it”. Thousands of people gathered outside of the house to have a midnight vigil for the star. Jack Flemming covers luxury real estate for the Los Angeles Times.
Bone commissioned the architect Robert Altevers to design the principal buildings on the ranch, and the pair spent two and a half years researching potential designs and ideas. The 13,000-square-foot main house was completed in 1982, based on a design by Altevers, with formal gardens, a stone bridge, and a four-acre (1.5 ha) lake with a five-foot (1.5 m) waterfall. Bone later said that in building the house he had "...a desire to express everything I had learned in 15 years of home building...I achieved here all the things I wanted to do in my business but could not". He had considered converting the property to a country club but did not do so. The 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom 10,476 square foot mock Tudor home contains a series of small store fronts, rehearsal/recording studio and, when the whole family was living there, many animals. Michael’s famous chimpanzee Bubbles was a resident there.
Most recently, Michael’s children, Paris, Prince and Prince II moved into this home with their grandmother, Katherine, after their father passed away. The house is currently under renovation and the family is living in a rented Calabasas home during the construction. The childhood home of Michael Jackson is located in Encino, California. This home was the first full time home of the Jackson family when they moved to California in the early 1970s. The deal closed a few weeks after Michael Jackson’s famous Neverland Ranch sold to billionaire Ron Burkle for $22 million. It’s no Neverland, or even Hayvenhurst — the Encino home where the entire Jackson clan lived in the ’70s — but it still boasts a unique place in the family’s lore.

After Jackson’s passing the home was put on the market and eventually sold in 2012 to American investment banker Steven Mayer who purchased the home for $18,100,000. To begin this little Michael Jackson house tour, let’s talk about Michael Jackson’s house inside. It has seven bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, with an elevator to take you to spare you the climbing up those floors. It must be because you took a wrong turn passing the cinema, spa, gym, and wine cellar, which has its own tasting room. It’s an Olympic one, so you might want to take a few laps. In fact, you don’t even have to ask yourself those questions, as there is an extra house built especially for guests on the same property.
Archway Amusements Corp of Imperial, Missouri purchased the 65 feet ferris wheel which was originally custom made for Jackson in 1990 for $215,000 by the manufacturer Eli Bridge Company of Jacksonville, Illinois. Jackson purchased the estate from Bone in March 1988 for an unknown amount but did not live in it until 1992. Some sources indicate $19.5 million while others suggest it was closer to $30 million. The property was initially purchased by a trust with Jackson's lawyer, John Branca, and his accountant, Marshall Gelfand, as trustees, for reasons of privacy.
